RESERVATION, EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
– RESERVATION POLICIES:
Your reservation is made, so there is no need to arrange anything with a travel representative at the hotel. If asked, be sure to report that you already have a reservation with VacationOnRD. We will be happy to help you with any questions or additional information you may need.
– CHANGES
All changes are subject to availability. Call us personally if you require any changes to your reservation, as we cannot accept instructions from third parties, hotels, travel agencies or car rentals.
– REFUNDS
All returns, whether due to a reduction in the number of participants, total cancellation of the reservation, bad weather or for any other reason, are refunded 100%, within 10 business days, according to the context explained in the following paragraph:
CANCELLATION POLICIES
1- In case of bad weather, the excursion will be rescheduled. In case the rescheduled day cannot be made due to bad weather, the refund will be made at 100%.
2- If the client cancels the tour 24 hours before the day to carry out the activity, the refund will be made 100%.
3- If the client cancels the tour with less than 24 hours before the day of the activity, the refund will be made of 70% of the amount paid, since 30% will correspond to the related expenses.
